Delivery/returns Information

Here at Colliss & Quinton, we want you to be as delighted with your purchases from us as we were in designing and making them. We will do our utmost to make your shopping experience a joyous and memorable one. If you have any questions which you would like answering before making a purchase, please call us or drop us an email...we will be more than happy to speak with you and address any queries or niggles. We are happy to help.

And now, onto the essential, but less glamorous stuff...


In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Larger items are usually dispatched within 48 hours. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know with an expected due date. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout. We will email you with a tracking number and delivery service once your parcel has been dispatched.


We generally dispatch our orders Monday to Friday, but will happily accommodate anything urgent if you let us know. 

Standard delivery: 2-5 working days £4.95.

Express delivery: if you need a special or urgent delivery, our next working day service is £7.95 (excludes Northern Ireland and non Mainland areas).

We deliver using a combination of standard Royal Mail postal services and ParcelForce courier service, depending on the value and size of your package. Large packages will usually be sent using ParcelForce service.

Large items of furniture: our two man 'White Glove Service' will deliver to the room of your choice and is priced at approx. £50.00 (this will be confirmed at purchase and does depend on location).


We can deliver worldwide except for items from our furniture and rugs ranges. Shipping prices are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Any customs charges or taxes are the customers responsibility (not paid by Colliss & Quinton). Delivery to Europe usually takes 4-10 working days/rest of the world 5-10 working days. We deliver worldwide using a combination of Air Mail post and Parcelforce Worldwide services, depending on the value and size of your package.


If your parcel does not arrive within the allotted times above (within 5 days for UK/10 days for international) please contact us at, providing your order number and tracking number.

If we are not notified in time, it may result in your parcel being returned to us. The original postage costs cannot be refunded and a further postage charge will apply to re-deliver your order. Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.


If you are ordering a gift, please let us know as we are very happy to offer a free gift wrapping service with all the trimmings.


Our returns policy is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase from us, we're not happy either. We love our products and have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

In the event of a return, please contact us by telephone on 01993 898763 or via email to with the word RETURN in the subject line. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Sadly, customised products are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If the customised product has not yet gone into production, a may be possible to offer a refund.

Items purchased online are returned at your own expense, (unless damaged), and should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item), we will pay the return shipping costs. Refunds are credited within 10 working days of receipt of your item being received at our studio.
